The Earn Challenge ("Challenge") is organized by Beans B.V., registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 86350269, with its registered office in Hengelo, the Netherlands ("Beans").
2.1. Participation is open to users who have an active Beans Account and are aged 18 years or older.
2.2. Participants must meet all eligibility requirements as set out in the Beans General Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to restrictions on high-risk jurisdictions, sanctions lists, and power of disposition.
2.3. Each participant may only participate with one Account. Participants who hold multiple Accounts will be disqualified, and only one entry per person will be considered.
2.4. Employees of Beans B.V., PaltaLabs, and their direct family members are not eligible to participate.
The Challenge runs from 26 January 2026 until 11 February 2026 at 23:59 Central European Time (CET). Only deposits and withdrawals completed within this period will count toward the ranking.
4.1. To participate, users must deposit USDC or EURC into Beans Earn during the Challenge Period.
4.2. No separate registration is required. By making a qualifying deposit during the Challenge Period, participants automatically enter the Challenge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
5.1. Rankings are based on net deposits, calculated as: total deposits minus total withdrawals made during the Challenge Period.
5.2. Only the final net deposit amount at the end of the Challenge Period (11 February 2026, 23:59 CET) will be used for ranking.
5.3. Existing balances held before the Challenge Period do not count toward net deposits.
5.4. In the event of a tie (equal net deposits), the participant who reached that net deposit amount first will rank higher.
5.5. Net deposits in EURC will be converted to USD equivalent at the exchange rate at the end of the Challenge Period for ranking purposes.
6.1. The total prize pool is 1,000 USD, distributed as follows:

6.2. Prizes are awarded based purely on ranking. No random selection or lottery is involved.
6.3. If fewer than 6 participants qualify, only eligible participants will receive prizes. Unclaimed prizes will not be redistributed.
7.1. Winners will be determined after the Challenge Period ends, based on verified net deposit data from the Beans Platform.
7.2. Winners will be notified via the Beans App or via the email address linked to their Account within 7 days after the Challenge Period ends.
7.3. Beans reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any winner before awarding prizes.
8.1. Prizes will be credited to the winner's Beans Account in USDC within 14 days after winner verification.
8.2. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, other currencies, or alternative rewards.
8.3. Participants are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from receipt of prizes in their jurisdiction of residence.
Beans reserves the right to disqualify participants, without prior notice, in cases of:
10.1. Beans reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Challenge at any time if required by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, regulatory requirements, or force majeure.
10.2. In the event of termination, Beans will determine in its sole discretion whether and how prizes will be awarded based on rankings at the time of termination.
11.1. Beans is not responsible for technical issues, delays, network failures, or losses caused by third parties, the Stellar Network, or factors outside its reasonable control.
11.2. Participation in the Challenge is at the participant's own risk. Beans shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Challenge.
11.3. The limitation of liability as set out in the Beans General Terms and Conditions applies in full to this Challenge.
Participant data will be processed in accordance with the Beans Privacy Policy. Winner names or usernames may be publicly announced unless the winner objects in writing within 48 hours of notification.
13.1. These Terms and Conditions are supplementary to the Beans General Terms and Conditions. In case of conflict, these Challenge Terms and Conditions prevail for matters relating to the Challenge.
13.2. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Challenge shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
