To start, tap on the Send button in the top menu of the app. Search for the username of the recipient and decide on the amount to send. Confirm the transaction, wait 3-5 seconds till the transaction has succeeded and you are done!

Withdraw it to your bank account or pick-up your cash at a nearby MoneyGram location. A withdraw can be initiated via the Withdraw button in the top menu. Withdraws are handled by our banking partners. If you're doing a first time withdraw, ID verification is part of the process.
