Beansapp.com Rewards Program Terms of Service

Effective Date: 3 October 2024

These Terms of Service  govern your participation in the Beansapp.com Rewards

Program. By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with and be

bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not permitted to

participate in the Program.

1. Eligibility

- To participate in the Program, you must be at least 18 years of age and have successfully

completed the Know Your Customer (KYC) process with our partner, Mykobo.

- You must also have an active, verified account on Beansapp.com.

- The Program is open to users residing in jurisdictions where such participation is not

prohibited by law.

2. Participation in the Program

- Participation in the Program is limited to one time per user.

- To unlock the rewards, users must first make a successful deposit of at least 100 EUR/USD via

Mykobo, Moneygram, Banxa or Kado otherbank/card onramps. Crypto deposits are excluded

.

- Upon completing this first deposit, users will unlock additional tasks, including:

- First Send: Earn 1 Euro

- Refer 2 Friends: Earn 1 Euro per successfully referred friend who signs up and completes

their first deposit.

- All rewards will be credited to the user’s account in the Rewards Tab, where they can be

claimed upon successful completion of the relevant task.

3. Reward Availability and Program End

- The Program is subject to rounds, and Beansapp.com reserves the right to modify, pause,

or terminate the Program at any time without notice. If the Program is terminated, users

will no longer be able to earn rewards.

- Beansapp.com may discontinue or limit the availability of rewards at its sole discretion. If

rewards are no longer available, users will have no right to claim rewards for tasks

completed after the termination or modification of the Program.

4. Fraud and Abuse

- Beansapp.com reserves the right to disqualify any user from participating in the Program

if there is any evidence of fraudulent activity, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

- Fraudulent activity includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts, exploiting

the referral system, or providing false information during the KYC process.

- Disqualified users forfeit any rewards earned, and Beansapp.com reserves the right to

suspend or terminate such users accounts.

5. Claiming Rewards

- Rewards will be available for claim in the Rewards Tab upon successful completion of the

tasks.

- Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of

compensation unless explicitly stated.

- Beansapp.com reserves the right to impose time limits on how long rewards are available

for claiming. If not claimed within the specified period, the reward may expire.

6. Limitation of Liability

- Beansapp.com is not liable for any technical errors, disruptions, or failures that may

prevent a user from participating in the Program or claiming rewards.

- Beansapp.com reserves the right to correct any errors in the rewards system and adjust

user rewards balances as necessary.

7. Changes to the Program

- Beansapp.com reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued participation in the

Program after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to the Program will be governed by

and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of

law principles.
